Services
What can you expect from me? I support families whose children experience the world differently – with counseling, body-based methods and professional input for everyone involved.
Understanding autism is teamwork: parents, school, Kita (daycare / nursery) and the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) all pull in the same direction – when everyone shares the same basic understanding. That is exactly where I support you. My work combines solid professional expertise as a certified autism specialist and biomedical scientist (M.Sc.) with the lived experience of being a mother of two neurodivergent children. The pages below set out what I offer in detail.
My services
Autism counseling
Counseling, support and resources for people on the autism spectrum and their families – parent counseling, coordination of regional services and individual support plans, so that everyday life becomes easier.
Learn moreTellington TTouch for you®
Gentle, mindful touch for relaxation, stress reduction and self-regulation – a holistic method that, in my experience, can be especially supportive for autistic people. It can complement other approaches, but is a complementary well-being method, not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.
Learn moreTalks & Workshops
Practical talks, workshops and professional consulting on autism and ADHD – for schools, daycares (Kita), institutions and youth services, as well as for parents and family members.
Learn moreAfter the diagnosis
Compassionate support when an autism diagnosis is new – drawn from my own experience as a mother. A broad spectrum calls for tailored support, and new questions deserve room to be asked.

How it works & costs
The first step is always a free, no-obligation initial consultation. We get to know each other, you describe your situation, and together we clarify which kind of support fits you and your child.
- Sessions in person and online: you choose what works best for your family – on site or conveniently online.
- Costs & funding: whether counseling costs may be covered under § 35a SGB VIII (integration assistance for children and adolescents under German social law) is decided case by case by the Jugendamt (youth welfare office) – feel free to ask me about it.
- Counseling in your language: German, English, Serbian, Croatian or Bosnian – whichever feels most comfortable for you.
If you are in the United Kingdom: that German funding route has no counterpart there, so counselling with me is paid privately. What the state does provide — an EHC plan in England, additional support needs in Scotland, and the disability benefits for your child — is set out on Support in the UK, with the deadlines and the 2026/27 rates.

I offer counseling and support in German, English, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian.
Note on the legal information
Information on cost coverage, applications and legal bases is compiled to the best of my knowledge but is not legal advice. Whether a benefit is granted in your case is decided solely by the responsible authority; I cannot accept liability.
Status: August 2026. Law, amounts and procedures change — in the UK, benefit rates are normally uprated every April. What applies at the time of your application is what counts; please check it with the office responsible.
